Your appointments are very important to me at Beautiful Skin by Molly, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply as stated below: -- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. -- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. I understand that "life happens". If you know you will be running late to your reserved appointment, please call or notify me immediately!! Tardiness of 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling for another day/time. If you arrive late, and still want to be serviced, I can only do what I can in the allotted time. The entire amount of the service will be owed and must be paid in full even though you arrived late to your reserved appointment.
